By allowing us to measure your viewing behavior, you provide valuable input that content providers like YouTube, Prime Video and Facebook can use to improve their content and experiences. It’s a great way to make yourself heard – and make your viewing count! The Panorama Panel Is managed by Kantar Media, a highly established research firm. We’ve been a leader in media measurement since 1951 and currently provide these services in over 60 countries worldwide. Every day, we process data from over 6 million homes worldwide – so you can be confident you are in good hands.
Once you’ve qualified and created an account, we’ll send you everything you need! You’ll receive two devices that enable you to share the TV and digital media you’re watching with us. Setup is simple, and we’ll provide live tech support to help. You’ll then be asked to install an app and browser plug-in to be a full member of the panel.
Once you’ve completed setup, you’ll receive an initial bonus along with a link to a site where you can view and redeem your points. After that, simply keep your devices active and use them to log who’s in the room when you’re watching TV in order to keep earning points. You’ll get rewarded every month you’re part of the Panorama Panel and can earn prizes such as merchandise, travel, and learning and entertainment experiences worth hundreds of dollars per year!
No. It’s very important that you watch television and enjoy media as you usually do. Simply use our device to log in when you’re watching TV and log out when you leave.
All members of your household ages two and older should get involved with the Panorama Panel by logging in when they watch TV. Each household member will get an avatar on our device so they can easily sign in. Please note that any data captured from children under the age of 16 will only be used for quality control and will not be shared with any third parties.
In compliance with the Terms and Conditions of your panel membership, we will not release any TV or web usage data connected to household members who are under the age of 16 for any analysis. The data we collect from those under the age of 16 is only used for quality control purposes within Kantar Media.
It is an important condition of the Panorama Panel that all permanent residents of your household agree to participate. Should a household member refuse to participate once you have already joined the panel, it is important that you contact our support team as soon as you can.
If a new person joins the household on a permanent basis, it is important that they are informed about the Panorama Panel, get set up with our devices and apps, and log in when they watch TV. Please inform our support team of these changes as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the new member of your household to accept our terms and conditions.
No, our devices use very little power and will not have any measurable effect on your broadband speeds.
No, each remote is tied to one specific device. Please use each remote only with the original TV it was set up with.

Yes, we’d be happy to keep you on the panel! Please contact our support team at least one week before your move so we can update your information and provide you with any new equipment you may need. Once you’ve moved, don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any help with setup.
The Panorama Panel is an ongoing project with no specific end date. The longer you stay on the panel, the more points you’ll receive!
No. We are unable to access any information stored on your devices and will never see your email or instant messages, financial or medical information, passwords or more. Our devices only monitor your viewing behavior on an approved list of streaming and media sites listed in the section “Online Publishers”.
The Panorama Panel is managed by Kantar Media. Kantar Media combines the data we receive from panelists like you with other data sets to create ‘pseudonymised’ member profiles. These profiles will not contain any personal information about members like you, such as your name, address or email.Data modeling is then used to create demographically representative reports. This data processing is done in a secure cloud environment, where all the data is encrypted and therefore not readable by humans.
Kantar Media has developed a highly secure approach for anonymous data exchange between its panelists and their platform. Furthermore, this anonymously matched data is encrypted. Kantar Media will use this matched data for estimating the number of people who saw an ad on consented platforms.
Yes, you may cancel your membership whenever you wish. To do this, you can contact our support team. Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive pre-paid packaging to return our equipment back to us. Once we receive this equipment back from you, you will have 90 days to claim any outstanding reward points on your account.
